Formal organization can be defined as the official, legitimate and the most visible part that helps people to think in logical and rational ways. Informal organization is the unofficial and less visible part of the organization (Add reference of your textbook please). The formal and informal work environments have an impact on the employee. The formal aspects of my work environment are strenuous and usually have a great impact on me. I am very particular about completing my assignments on time, and meeting all the requirements or demands of my work. Sometimes, it becomes impossible to stay ahead of time due to odd circumstances and situations and at that time my tension increases.
