I would inform her giving up her own needs and identity to meet the needs of her partner is unhealthy and it does have short and long term consequences. You will begin to burn yourself out and begin to neglect things that you shouldn’t like your job and other important relationships. If you condone in a codependent relationship and allow your significant others dysfunctions, then you will prevent them from leaning common and needed life lessons. Breaking up will not always be the best or only solution. To repair this type of relationship you must start setting boundaries and find happiness within yourself. Also you and your partner should talk about setting relationship goals that will satisfy you both. If that doesn’t work, then the best thing you should probably do is separate yourself from the negativity until you start loving yourself first and focusing on self-happiness.
