In today’s fast-paced world where people are busy with their work for a maximum part of

the day and even night, health takes a secondary position. When diseases start attacking and

people realize that they have to make efforts to stay healthy, it is usually too late. If an individual

What is Employee Wellness Program?

In very simple words Employee Wellness Program can be defined as the wellness

program meant for the employees. It is also called as “worksite wellness program” that promotes

Wellness Program, n.d.). The EWPEmployee Wellness Program works two ways; it is beneficial
